SERVICE AGREEMENT

The agreement of the DJ to perform is subject to proven detention by accidents, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions beyond their control. All payments are non-refundable.

The purchaser and DJ agree that this contract is not subject to cancellation unless both parties have agreed to such cancellations in writing. In the event the Purchaser breaches the contract, he or she shall pay the DJ 100% of the full amount, and full payment of any attorney’s fee that may occur.

The Purchaser in consideration of the DJ service to be rendered by the DJ, and the mutual promises contained herein, hereby agree to Pay to the following considerations: 

Payments are to be made in advance of the event.  
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the services by request of DJ SLIM for the engagement.

Services requested that exceed the agreed upon time frame will be charged at the rate of $125.00 per hour, payable the day of the engagement.

Any damages or injuries that occur to equipment or DJ, time of event do to crowd based or lack of security and crowd control, the purchaser is obligated to cover all equipment and medical expenses as required.

CONFIDENTIALITY

DJ Slim does not sell or share personal nor business contact information and finances. DJ Slim will not release patents, copyrights, etc. as a result of harming the other party. DJ Slim respects the client’s copyright or non-copyrighted compositions, invention, material, property, music, financials, article, or patented or unpatented product.
